Defective Item
We value our customer satisfaction. We do our best to ensure our merchandise are of best quality. We will replace any defective merchandise with in 14 days from the time of receiving the item. Please contact us by email: info@faithfulestate.com with 7 days of the purchase date. Email should include a photo of your receipt, photo of the defects, and brief description. If the item is sold out and we are not able to replace the exact item. We will provide you with a online store credit.
Shipping Process
All orders are expected to be shipped out within 8-10 business days after receiving a order confirmation.
We process and ship orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
Tracking Number will be sent via email.
Shipping carrier via United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS
Lost or Damages Packages
We are not responsible for any mail/package loss and/or damages. Once handed to the carrier facility we no longer hold responsibility over your order.
